"We are a family-owned and operated BBQ business specializing in smoked meats, homemade barbecue sauces, marinades, dry rubs, and seasonings.  Our meats are slow cooked - wood smoked to perfection! Our sauces and rubs are 100% made from scratch. No store-bought sauces are used in any of our products!  Our mission is to give our customers a quality product at an affordable price. We are committed to giving our customers the best barbecue experience possible. We want our customers to experience the love and passion we have for barbecue and taste that passion in the food and products we produce.  Anything less than our best is unacceptable; that's the Spirit of Excellence.
